Entry#8 Life after high school

 

 Today's topic is life after high school. As a young adult, I have considered life to be fairly interesting after graduating. It's true that everyone goes their own separate ways. Some people study in different states, some get married, and some buy their first home, or some get famous. I haven't achieved any of those, although I can say I'm in college. I feel like this is an interesting stage for us young adults as we adjust to this new transition from being a teen to a young adult. There are more responsibilities and become individualistic as we learn to navigate on our own. My experience after high school is good so far. I usually work and go to college. When I can I like to hang out with my friends. Although, sometimes I feel overwhelmed as I feel like I should be doing more at the age of 18. By doing more, I mean having more money and being able to buy my own car (even though I already have one). I feel like I expect more from myself as I see others accomplishing big achievements. However, I also realize we live different lives and the life I have right now is what is best for me.
